This year, Kasturi Housing has been recognized in the International Property Awards at Asia Pacific 2019 for their 3 projects, EON Homes, Epitome and Lord’s Estate.

Asia Pacific Property Awards 2019-20 are the most acclaimed industry awards throughout the region. This is an achievement which is recognised as a mark of excellence for property professionals and the awards ceremony was held at The Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, Bangkok.

The three prestigious Awards received by Kasturi Housing are in three different esteemed categories.

For EON Homes, the award is consecutive for two times, the project has won an award in the category, ‘Best Residential High-rise Development India’. For Epitome, the category was, ‘Best Residential Development India’ and for Lord’s Estate, it was ‘Best Apartment / Condominium India’.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards 2019-2020 were judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts. The judging process focused on design, quality, innovation, service, authenticity, and commitment to sustainability. The judging panel was chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, The Earl of Liverpool, and Lord Thurso, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament. Grohe and American Standard are the 2019-22 Headline Sponsors of the Asia Pacific Property Awards. The judging process takes multiple weeks as judges scrutinize and study thousands of developments from across the entire subcontinent. Most of the largest developers from India are present and India continues to be one of the biggest in terms of the volume of development. Kasturi has hailed victorious, surpassing some of the biggest names in the Industry.
